Anna-Carina Salger advises on all legal issues in the field of intellectual property law, in particular trade mark law, design law and unfair competition law.
She specialises in strategic advice and litigation, but also in the out-of-court enforcement of industrial property rights and unfair competition law claims as well as in the effective defence against infringement claims.
Anna-Carina also advises clients comprehensively with regard to the development and expansion of their trade mark and design portfolios, including the conduct of registration and opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO.
Anna-Carina also regularly advises on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, in particular in connection with software, technologies and know-how.
