Caroline Trenner specialises in advice, litigation and dispute resolution in intellectual property law, in particular in trademark law and unfair competition law.
Caroline manages extensive brand portfolios. She advises her clients on strategic issues relating to the development, expansion and management of their brand portfolios.
She also specialises in advising national and international companies in extrajudicial and judicial disputes before German and European courts and in trade mark matters before the EUIPO and the German Patent and Trademark Office.
Caroline wrote her doctoral thesis on issues of trade mark law in connection with the representation of trade marks in German and US law.
