Janna Thomsen advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, in particular trade mark law and unfair competition law, as well as antitrust law (exclusionary conduct).
She specialises in strategic advice and the litigation of complex proceedings before the German and European courts.
She also advises national and international companies on the management and development of their trade mark portfolios and has many years of experience in conducting registration and opposition proceedings.
Janna specialises in product imitations - lookalikes - in the food and consumer goods industry.
