Lisa Kammann specialises in advice, litigation and dispute resolution in intellectual property law, in particular in trademark law, copyright law, design law, unfair competition law and antitrust law.
She represents clients in extrajudicial and judicial disputes before the German courts as well as in registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO.
She also advises clients comprehensively on the development and expansion of their design and brand portfolios, advises on strategic issues and prepares legal opinions.
Lisa also advises clients on contractual issues in trademark, copyright and antitrust law, in particular in the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of licence agreements.
