Ruven Appelkamp advises in the field of intellectual property law, in particular in trade mark law, unfair competition law and the law on company signs, as well as in legal services law. He specialises in strategic advice and litigation, but also in the out-of-court enforcement of industrial property rights and competition law claims as well as in the effective defence against infringement claims.
He also advises clients comprehensively with regard to the development and expansion of their trademark portfolios, including the conduct of registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO.
